Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a Grocery Field Executive to drive in-store execution across East/Central London and surrounding areas. You will visit retailers like ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, applying data insights to improve availability, distribution and promotional compliance.

The role offers a base salary of £30,121.60 with a 10% annual bonus, a company car, tablet and mobile, and comprehensive training and support from a Field Manager.

Qualifications

• Grocery/retail experience and knowledge of store operations.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with Store Managers.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit grocery retailers (ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons) to improve brand visibility and performance.
• Improve product availability and store coverage; secure displays.
• Ensure promotional compliance and drive additional promotions.
• Influence store managers using sales data to achieve KPIs.
• Manage territory and work towards commercial targets.
