CPM UK in Blackpool is seeking a Grocery Field Executive to drive in-store execution for leading soft drinks brands from Suntory. You’ll manage a defined territory including Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lancaster, visiting retailers, influencing Store Managers with data-driven insights to improve availability, displays and promotions.
The role offers a base salary of £28,121.60 with a 10% bonus per year, a company car, tablet and mobile, plus pension and holiday entitlement.

This is a field-based role focused on grocery retail, where you’ll use sales data and insight to influence Store Managers, improve promotional compliance, secure displays and identify opportunities to increase distribution and store coverage. £28,121.60 + 10% bonus per annum, company car, tablet and mobile. You’ll manage your own territory, visiting grocery retailers such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, working with Store Managers and key decision makers to improve the performance and visibility of our brands. Your role will focus on:
You’ll have a company tablet to access sales data and insights, helping you identify opportunities and have meaningful conversations with Store Managers. You’ll take ownership of your territory and have the opportunity to make a real impact, while being supported by a friendly and collaborative Field Manager and wider team.

Previous grocery or FMCG/retail experience is valuable, but it isn't essential. We’re also interested in people with strong customer-facing experience who have the right attitude and are keen to learn and develop. A full driving licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
