Job summary

CPM UK in Blackpool is seeking a Grocery Field Executive to drive in-store execution for leading soft drinks brands from Suntory. You’ll manage a defined territory including Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lancaster, visiting retailers, influencing Store Managers with data-driven insights to improve availability, displays and promotions.

The role offers a base salary of £28,121.60 with a 10% bonus per year, a company car, tablet and mobile, plus pension and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

Grocery or retail experience is preferred, with understanding of store operations.
Ability to read and act on sales data to improve opportunities.
Strong communication and influencing skills with store managers.

Responsibilities

Manage your own territory within Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lancaster and surrounding areas.
Visit grocery retailers like ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons to improve brand visibility.
Improve product availability and distribution across stores.
Secure and maintain promotional compliance and in-store displays.
Use data insights to influence Store Managers and drive KPIs.
Intervene across front and back-store areas to enhance execution.
