Job summary

Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to deliver customer orders to doorsteps with energy and care. You will drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, perform routine vehicle checks, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with up to 6 points.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• Online driving risk assessment will be completed during interview.
• There will be a driving assessment after joining.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sainsbury's at every doorstep, delivering with a friendly service.
• Drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van to deliver groceries on time.
• Check van is roadworthy, clean and loaded with customer orders.
• Follow planned routes and drive safely in varied conditions.
• Move shopping containers up to 15kg and handle deliveries to various properties.
• Assist across the store when not out delivering.
