John Lewis Partnership at Waitrose, Sudbury is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver Waitrose-level service. You will restock shelves, fulfill online orders, reduce waste, support checkout and Click & Collect, and maintain a clean shop floor. Night premiums apply for eligible hours.

DBS checks may be required and flexible hours are available during the peak period. This temporary role is based at Sudbury, CO10 2SS, with varied hours across seven days, including weekends and late shifts.

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers.

Responsabilités

• Stock replenishment – ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver to customers’ doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns near sell by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support when needed including checkout support and Click & Collect orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
