Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Lincoln is hiring a Supermarket Assistant for 15 hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends from 16:00 to 23:00. The role is temporary, with pay at £13.00 per hour (rising to £13.25 after 90 days) plus a night premium of £3.75 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed.
• Fulfilling online orders for home delivery.
• Reducing wastage by product due diligence and markdowns near sell-by dates.
• Support of the shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
