Oliver Rae, a well-established foundry based near Worcester, is recruiting a Grinder / Linisher. The role involves fettling, finishing and cleaning castings to required standards, using hand grinders and polishing mops, and providing general foundry support in a tidy, safety-focused environment.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a permanent contract after 12 weeks. Pay is £13.50–£19.50 per hour, with a four-day working week 06:00–15:45 and optional overtime on Fridays.
