Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Semi Skilled Grinder for work at Pembroke power station. Duties include assisting with outage tasks alongside platers and welders, using abrasive wheels tools to remove sharp edges and weld splatter on steelwork, as well as moving materials and undertaking general laboring tasks. Candidates must possess a CCNSG card and an abrasive wheels certificate is advantageous. Competitive PAYE pay and allowances provided.

Job description

PAYE Pay: Blue Book Grade 3: £15.12-27.22/hr PAYE + travel + lodge allowance + bonus

Hours: 10hr shifts, Mon-Sun

Start Date: 05.08.2022

Duration: 10 shifts

The Role

Our client currently has a requirement for an additional Semi Skilled, Grade 3 Grinder to assist with an outage on Pembroke power station. Duties will include working alongside platers and welders and using abrasive wheels tools to remove sharp edges and weld splatter on steelwork on site. Additional duties may include moving materials, labouring etc.
