Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Caballero Lounge. The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, and staff meals from day one. It includes 50% off food and drinks, and opportunities for career progression within a growing brand.

The successful candidate will cook to spec, assist the Head Chef, and maintain high kitchen standards across prep to plate. Lodging options may be available and you’ll join a supportive team across 300+ sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
