Honest Burgers Ltd is seeking a Grill Chef who believes in great, fresh food and warm hospitality to enhance our customers’ experience. You’ll manage a grill section, ensure top-notch food quality, and work closely with the Head Chef and team.

Progression to Grill Master awaits after probation, with a pay rise. We offer full-time or part-time contracted hours, staff meals, and a range of employee perks including service charge distribution and extended benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in grilling burgers and cooking to a high standard.
• Awareness of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Run the grill section to meet quality standards.
• Manage health and safety in the kitchen.
• Meet KPI targets and maintain efficiency.
• Support and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Assist with stock control and cost of goods management.
