Job summary

Honest Burgers in Cambridge is seeking a Grill Chef who takes pride in fresh food and traditional hospitality. You’ll manage the grill section, work closely with the Head Chef and team, and ensure high standards of health, safety and food quality.

Progression opportunities exist to advance to Grill Master after probation, with pay increases. A strong team spirit and dedication to consistent service are required.

• Experience cooking burgers and chips to high standards.
• Ability to work with Head Chef and team.

• Running grill section
• Managing health & safety
• Meeting set KPI’s
• Assisting in developing junior members of the team
• Team responsibility for stock and COGS management
