Honest Burgers Ltd is looking for a Grill Chef in London to lead the grill section, cooking our signature burgers and rosemary chips to the Honest standard. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure quality, consistency, and a great guest experience.

You’ll progress through the kitchen ranks with the potential promotion to Grill Master, supported by a structured progression plan and competitive hourly pay including a service charge.

Qualifications

• Grill Chef experience in fast-paced kitchens.
• Commitment to high food quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to progress to Grill Master.

Responsabilités

• Run the grill section and ensure consistent cooking of burgers and chips.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Meet KPI targets and support stock/COGS management.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to team development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness and service standards.
• Continuously seek improvements to service and restaurant performance.
