Job summary

The Real Greek is seeking an experienced chef to assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, focusing on grill and prep work. You will work under the Head Chef to ensure smooth, professional kitchen performance and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing daily orders, and maintaining stock levels with minimal wastage. The role requires strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility in duties and hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill, prep, or chef de partie roles preferable.
• Strong kitchen communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility with tasks and working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen management and follow Head Chef's directions.
• Coordinate with Head Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operation.
• Supervise kitchen staff and daily orders when Senior Chef is absent.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage; report issues with equipment.
