Pasture Birmingham is seeking a driven Grill Chef to join our open-fire kitchen at 15 Colmore Row. You’ll work on the grill, delivering precise, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, vibrant setting that blends food, music, and community.

We value energy, drive and a passion for exceptional hospitality. Experience with charcoal or wood-fired grilling is a plus, and there are growth opportunities as we expand our Pasture family in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, or similar.
• Solid experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Previous work on charcoal or wood-fired grills is a big advantage.
• Calm, focused and fast in high-energy service environments.
• A strong team player with a growth mindset and pride in your work.
