Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) in Birmingham Brindley Place is recruiting a Grill Chef to lead the grill station and help craft our signature burgers.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high standards of taste, presentation and food hygiene, and collaborate with fellow chefs to keep service smooth during peak periods.

• Master the Grill: cook burgers to perfection every time.

• Keep It Clean: maintain a clean, organized workstation following hygiene regulations.
• Prep & Cook: assist with prep and ensure ingredients are fresh and ready for cooking.
