Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking a Grid Manager to oversee the Grid Connection process across the UK and overseas. You will manage the interconnection lifecycle from development through operations, ensure compliance with grid standards, and support the delivery team, including budget control and contractor coordination.

The role requires a degree in Power Systems or Electrical Engineering and the right to work in the United Kingdom. A strong bonus scheme and pension plan are noted in the package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Power Systems or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Manage interconnection process throughout project lifecycle to operations.
• Ensure delivery in line with local grid standards and code.
• Budgetary control and coordination with third-party contractors.
• Oversee Grid Connection across the UK and overseas, liaising with TSOs/DNOs.
