Job summary

Mint Selection Ltd. is seeking a Grid Connection Construction Project Manager for a major UK project. The role oversees grid connection and high-voltage infrastructure from notice to proceed through completion, ensuring contractor performance and timely delivery.

You will coordinate interfaces, track the critical path, and manage risks to keep the programme on track through construction, testing, energisation and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing grid connection and high-voltage infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage contractor performance and interface coordination.
• Strong focus on programme tracking from notice to proceed to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage the grid connection contractor and enforce programme commitments.
• Maintain view of critical path, deliverables, decisions, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate interfaces between grid works, transformer supply, EPCs and cable routes.
• Work with grid stakeholders to track testing and energisation requirements.
• Review contractor programmes, identify delays and drive recovery plans.
• Coordinate submissions and approvals with clear owners and deadlines.
