We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Greggs bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager; they are essentially the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
