Role: Subway Team Leader

Hours: Part-Time Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Subway store in Walsall and are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate a team!

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Manager; they are essentially the right-hand person to our Store Managers. You will be second in command and play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability, while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
