Job summary

The Salad Project in London is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and support front-of-house operations. This part-time role offers 17-20 hours per week across Monday to Thursday, with opportunities to grow within the expanding brand.

You’ll assist customers, take orders, package Click & Collect and delivery orders, and help maintain a clean, hygienic service area while delivering great hospitality.

Role | Greeter

• 17-20 hours per week | Monday - Thursday
• Be a “Sp” champion who is the face of the brand on a day to day basis
• Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions
• Package Click & Collect and Delivery orders
• Making sure the napkins, glasses and cutlery is topped up and continuous
• maintaining of hygiene standards

• Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect and corners aren't cut
• Up for a laugh, but know when it’s time to knuckle down
• Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

• Ideally, you will have some experience working in a customer facing role within the hospitality industry
• A big smile and warm tone of voice

Compensation | £14 per hour
