Job summary

The Salad Project in London is seeking a friendly Greeter to be the face of the brand, welcome customers, take orders, and assist with Click & Collect and delivery orders.

This part-time role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing hospitality environment, strong communication, and a positive, energetic approach. You will help maintain hygiene and support the team as we expand across London.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and be the face of The Salad Project.
• Assist customers with orders and answer questions.
• Handle Click & Collect and delivery orders.
• Keep napkins, glasses and cutlery stocked; maintain hygiene standards.

The Salad Project: £14 per hour |Monday -Friday , 11am - 2pm

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London.

Role | Greeter

• 15 hours per week | Monday - Thursday
• Be a “Sp” champion who is the face of the brand on a day to day basis
• Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions
• Package Click & Collect and Delivery orders
• Making sure the napkins, glasses and cutlery is topped up and continuous
• maintaining of hygiene standards

• Respectful and conscious when it’s time to punctuality and scheduling

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

• Ideally, you will have some experience working in a customer facing role within the hospitality industry
• A big smile and warm tone of voice

Compensation | £14 per hour
