Job summary

The Salad Project - Mansion House Space in London is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers, assist with orders, and support daily store operations at 32 Watling Street. You’ll be the face of the brand and help with Click & Collect and deliveries, while keeping the area tidy and hygienic.

The role offers 17-20 hours per week (Mon–Thu) with a competitive £14 per hour, 28 days paid time off, a Refer a Friend bonus, free meals after shifts, and active team socials as we grow.

Qualifications

• Ideally, 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Big smile and warm tone of voice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic environment.
• Respectful and punctual with scheduling.
• Willingness to contribute to store growth.

Responsibilities

Role | Greeter

• 17-20 hours per week | Monday - Thursday

• Be a “Sp” champion who is the face of the brand on a day to day basis

• Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions

• Package Click & Collect and Delivery orders

• Making sure the napkins, glasses and cutlery is topped up and continuous

• maintaining of hygiene standards

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

• Ideally, you will have some experience working in a customer facing role within the hospitality industry
