Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Co Ordinator in the South of England to oversee greenspace and landscape projects. You will manage contractors, inspect works and ensure delivery meets specifications, with travel to sites across the South and South West of England.

The role requires a background in landscaping or estates, experience in project delivery, and a full UK driving licence. The position offers training, progression, and company benefits with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000

Are you a project coordinator or similar from a landscaping/estates background looking to join an industry leading company with the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects?

This well-established fast growing, award winning, company supply to innovate solutions to the house building industry within the South of England area. After continuous growth they are looking for a Project Co Ordinator to join their high performing team.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery and handover of greenspace projects, managing contractors, inspecting landscape works, resolving defects and ensuring sites meet technical, environmental and quality standards before entering long-term management.

This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator or similar from a landscaping, estates or grounds management background looking to take ownership of projects and progress their career within a growing business.

The Role:

• Manage the delivery of greenspace, landscape and environmental projects


• Inspect landscape works and ensure contractors meet project specifications


• Manage contractors, budgets, defects and remedial works

The Person:
