You will manage subcontractors, monitor project profitability, and liaise with clients, with a mix of site visits and Midlands-based office work.

The role offers £55,000–£65,000, a company bonus, car allowance or company car, a work phone and laptop, plus training and clear progression pathways as the business wins

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in landscaping or groundworks.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and labour and monitor P&L.
• Willing to commute to Rugby office and undertake nationwide site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycle from initiation to delivery.
• Schedule labour and monitor P&L, liaise with clients.
• Coordinate site visits and office work between Midlands sites and nationwide.
