Job summary

Indevor Group is seeking a Landscape & Greenspace Delivery Manager to lead the handover and initial aftercare of our growing portfolio of environmental projects across southern England. You will coordinate inspections, defects, warranties and mobilise maintenance, ensuring assets move smoothly into long‑term management.

You will work with clients, developers and colleagues to translate complex information into practical site-management actions, travelling regularly to sites and Bristol-based

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across southern England.
• Proven ability to manage multiple live sites, coordinate inspections and contractor actions.
• Strong organisation and record-keeping with clear reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering landscape, greenspace or estates projects from handover to aftercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead handover readiness, site acceptance and initial aftercare for a growing greenspace portfolio.
• Coordinate inspections, defects, documentation, warranties and maintenance mobilisation.
• Ensure assets are safe, compliant and ready for long‑term management.
• Translate technical requirements into practical site-management actions.
• Build relationships with clients, developers, authorities and contractors.
