Job summary

Indevor Group is seeking a Land Transfer Manager to support the Director of Environment and Biodiversity. Based around Bristol with flexibility for southern England, you will coordinate onboarding of new sites into ownership and long-term management, aligning legal, technical, financial and operational workstreams.

The role involves leading site proposals, due diligence and hands-on management of Heads of Terms, with travel across England to ensure timely handovers and approvals.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness for open spaces and environmental land projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients, councils and contractors.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across multi-workstream responsibilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects with deadlines and records.
• Willingness to travel across England and to Bristol office as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new site proposals, land transfers and operational handovers.
• Assist with Heads of Terms reviews, negotiations and term progression.
• Support due diligence, risk identification and budget planning for new sites.
• Oversee coordination with legal, ecological, landscape and engineering advisers.
• Report on programme, risks, decisions and next steps to the DEB.
