Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, your mission will be to acquire new customers for Databricks in the Nordic region. As a Greenfield Account Executive, you will be an energetic salesperson passionate about prospecting and closing new opportunities, guiding customers to achieve their first business outcomes of Databricks. You will be passionate about data & AI technology and communicating its value to our clients and partners.   • Implement prospecting campaigns to discover new opportunities in partnership with your Business Development Representative.
  • Guiding customers through their first decision and their early successes driving outcomes with the Databricks Platform.
  • Driving accelerated quarter-over-quarter growth in a consumption sales model.
  • Work with system integrators, ISVs and cloud partners to help customers build an excellent data and AI strategy.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Quota‑overachievement when selling complex software and services in the relevant segment.
  • Determination to succeed, learn and build your career as a salesperson at Databricks.
  • Experience in a consumption‑based model.
  • Proven ability to sell value, build champions and work with a partner ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English required and Swedish language preferred.
