Oxford City Council is seeking an experienced Land and Water Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining the city’s green spaces, facilities and water assets. The role requires focus on public safety, ecological sustainability and asset longevity, working within a hybrid model of Oxford Town Hall / home-based arrangements.

The post is permanent, with a 37-hour week, salary £60,291 per annum (pro rata for part time), and benefits including LGPS, 29 days holiday and a flex scheme.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of land service professionals to maintain and improve green spaces, facilities and water assets.
• Ensure asset longevity, ecology, public health, and safe service provision in line with council objectives.
• Communicate effectively with customers, partners and external agencies, and prepare reports as required.
