Job summary

Inara Talent is seeking a Product Evangelist to sit with the product team in central Manchester. You will own the product voice, run workshops, and translate the roadmap into a concise narrative for risk professionals and boards.

You will also shape how releases are communicated and train sales and support to describe the platform confidently. The role blends customer research with product storytelling, keeping up with regulatory shifts and ensuring AI‑drafted docs are accurate for new users.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Ability to translate product features into outcomes and ROI.
• Energy for explaining things aloud to audiences.
• Confidence in facilitating and presenting.
• Clear writing and ruthless editing.
• Genuine curiosity to learn the product inside out.
• Comfort drafting with AI and correcting it when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the product to customers and internal teams.
• Design and lead workshops and sessions to teach customers and business.
• Turn the roadmap into a concise story for risk professionals and boards.
• Explain releases in customer language and show practical impact.
• Train sales and support to describe the platform confidently.
• Stay on top of regulatory changes and their implications for risk teams.
• Set the tone of voice across in‑app copy, release notes and messaging.
• Shape AI-drafted documentation to be accurate for new users.
• Join customer interviews and bring insights back to the team.
