Job summary

Inara is a scaling RegTech SaaS business seeking a Product Manager to own outcomes, set a roadmap, and ship weekly. Based in Manchester with hybrid work two days a week in the office, you’ll work across web capture, data pipelines, and customer-facing products.

This is a senior, strategy‑owning role where you defend direction, use AI daily, talk to customers weekly, and translate insights into real product changes rather than simply managing a backlog.

Qualifications

• Shipped products or led strategy with clear outcomes.
• Owned part of a product roadmap and defended direction.
• Strong ability to reason from data and use analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, roadmap and ship weekly.
• Support 1–3 engineering teams with direction and sequencing.
• Use AI daily in research, prototypes, and specs.
• Talk to customers weekly and translate feedback into product decisions.
• Make data-driven decisions and document assumptions when data is missing.
• Communicate progress and close gaps between build and customer experience.
