Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to design datasets, reports, and dashboards for GRC analytics on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will collaborate with product, data engineering, and external experts to craft a compelling data platform roadmap.

The role requires blending customer needs with technical and business goals, communicating insights, and driving feature delivery with an emphasis on AI-driven capabilities and scalable data architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
4-7 years’ experience with data visualization and reporting in hands-on/design roles.
3+ years in enterprise technology or cloud/Data Analytics domains.
Experience collaborating across product, data engineering, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

Prioritise and lead product feature design and development against roadmap priorities.
Define scope and usability for end-user data visualization and embedded analytics.
Design analytics content within Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environments.
Explore AI/ML opportunities like natural language querying and automated insights.
Upskill the Custom Reporting team in requirements design and data visualization best practices.
Map relationships between business concepts to support Master Data Management.
Propose multiple solutions for complex problems and recommend directions.
Incorporate customer feedback and business metrics into roadmaps.
Stay abreast of market trends to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
Work in an agile delivery framework with development and QA teams to translate requirements into epics and stories.
Deliver with creativity and sound judgment.
