Job summary

Riskonnect is seeking a Senior Product Manager for GRC Analytics to design datasets, reports, and dashboards on our Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform. You will shape the product roadmap by blending customer needs with internal tech constraints and collaborate with data engineering and product teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience in data/analytics product role.
• 4-7 years’ experience with data visualization and reporting solutions in hands-on and design capacity.
• Demonstrable knowledge of a visual design methodology to capture customer and product requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years in the enterprise technology domain (cloud, open source, analytics).
• 4-7 years’ experience as a Data Scientist or PM working with Data Scientists on big data and enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management, modelling, and governance in B2B space.
• Experience with Product Management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Experience using AI tech to assist in the Product Management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with PM, Development, and Sales teams, prioritise and lead feature design and development against roadmap priorities.
• Define scope and usability for end-user data visualization and embedded analytics, including personalization.
• Design, and sometimes build, analytics content within Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML within the GRC analytics experience.
• Upskill Custom Reporting team in requirements design and data visualization best practice.
• Map relationships between key business concepts to support Master Data Management.
• Propose multiple solutions for complex problems and recommend direction.
• Incorporate customer feedback and business metrics into product decisions.
• Stay aware of market trends to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
• Operate within an agile framework with dev and QA to translate requirements into epics and user stories.
