Job summary

Boston Energy is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager to lead and further develop our governance, risk, compliance and sustainability frameworks. This is a key role responsible for helping the business meet legal, regulatory, customer and ISO obligations while upholding high standards of quality, integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, sustainability or management systems.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks and ISO management systems.
• Experience supporting sustainability reporting and internal/external audits.
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk and compliance activity across the business with effective policies and reporting.
• Maintain and develop the company risk register with reviews and actions.
• Oversee the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001/14001/45001 audits.
• Monitor quality standards, regulatory compliance and stakeholder requirements.
• Lead data protection and information governance practices.
• Support bids, tenders and contract reviews with compliance input.
• Drive ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting with external validation.
• Lead and develop the GRC team with training and continual improvement.
