About Benio: I’m a Creative Strategist, and hands-on Design Director, working with a select group of clients across the UK and beyond. Over the past year and a half, myself and a small team have delivered a steady flow of high-impact projects—and the work keeps coming.

Clients trust what we do because we’re not here to play by outdated rules. We’re flipping the designer-client relationship on its head, creating real partnerships that empower creatives whilst transforming our client's brands, products and services. If you're already interested, read no further and just apply. Conversations are worth 1,000,000x more than a job posting.

Want to know more? Right now, I’m building a tight-knit team of like-minded creatives—people who want to shape something new. This isn’t about filling a role. It’s about forming a crew that’s ready to define our own future and open the doors to unlimited potential.

The brand behind this idea will launch in late 2025—and it won’t just be another agency. It’ll be a platform for creativity, collaboration, and doing things the right way. Are you part of that team?

Next Up: Designer (UI/UX)

First focus? A game-changing app. We’re working with a key client and crafting fun, gamified experiences for young entrepreneurs—helping them level up their ideas, navigate challenges, and build something of their own. You’ll have the space to OWN this project—to make it yours, build a solid client relationship, and grow with it. As we expand, there’ll be more projects—client and internal—where you can bring your creativity to new challenges.

With this client, we're not just designing a product. We’re designing experiences that work for the people, by the people. That means thinking beyond visuals—this is about interaction, flow, and making things feel right. If that excites you, we’re already on the same page.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the UI/UX design for a game-driven app, crafting seamless, engaging user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that don’t just look great but feel great to use.
  • Work closely with developers and the product team to bring ideas to life in a way that’s functional, interactive, and fun.
  • Think like the end user—you’re their advocate. Your work ensures their journey makes sense, feels natural, and actually helps them.
  • Contribute to broader projects as the team grows—branding, interactive storytelling, conceptual design, and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, game design, or interactive media.
  • A killer portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, smart user flows, and great design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UI/UX design tools.
  • An understanding of game mechanics, user engagement frameworks, and storytelling (huge bonus points).
  • The ability to solve problems, push boundaries, and challenge ideas—we’re here to make things better, not just pretty.
  • Someone who’s independent but collaborative, driven but flexible, and ready to grow with the role.

How This Works:

We've evolved WAY past the standard 9-to-5. You’ll be working on a flexible, freelance-style retained budget—a set monthly amount which keeps you safe, with the freedom to evolve as we grow. Effectively, you will be your own boss. It’s about stability without rigidity, so you can own your time, your work, and your career trajectory. Win win.

If this sounds like your kind of setup, let's have a conversation.
