Job description

A reputable design agency is seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join its team and the role is to work remotely. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for storytelling and a strong sense of design hierarchy, contributing to both internal initiatives and client-facing deliverables. The role is to be creating visually stunning design materials that align with client brand guidelines and ongoing project objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and understand project requirements in order to design on-brand social media graphics, email newsletters, landing pages, E-books, and other digital marketing materials.

Liaise with clients and understand their needs and requirements. Establish graphic design guidelines, standards, and best practices that can be used team-wide within the marketing department. Work with various project management tools to ensure projects run smoothly and incorporate functionalities and features into websites. Prepare design plans and present to clients.

The successful candidate will have exceptional writing and communication skills in English (native-level fluency required) at least 2 to 3 years experience in marketing-focused graphic designs. Strong proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, and design principles. You will need to feel comfortable in client-facing roles and presenting creative work.

To be eligible for this role you will need to have achieved a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred) and a portfolio that reflects your ability to design across multiple formats and industries.
