About The Job

Were looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team, based in our Glasgow HQ. Youll play a key role in visually bringing the IOLLA brand to life across all touch points - from digital campaigns to physical experiences in our showrooms and pop-ups.

Youll report into our Creative Team Lead, and collaborate daily with our Digital Marketing Assistant, Social Media & Content Creator, and PR & Community Outreach Manager.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with loads of opportunity to stretch your creative muscles and influence the visual direction of the brand. What youll do

• Create a broad range of assets across both print and digital, including online banners, email campaigns, social media graphics, flyers, leaflets, discount cards, showroom signage, packaging, and window vinyls.
• Take projects from concept to execution, designing eye-catching creative that speaks to our audience while staying true to the IOLLA brand identity.
• Collaborate with your creative teammates to support campaigns, launches, brand activations, and day-to-day marketing activity:
• Work with the Digital Marketing Assistant on web graphics and email visuals.
• Partner with the Social Media & Content Creator on posts, stories, and campaign-led content.
• Support the PR & Community Outreach Manager with branded materials for events, influencer campaigns, and community engagement.
• Manage your own projects, balancing multiple deadlines and switching seamlessly between online and offline requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers and installers for production and delivery of physical materials.
• Keep things fresh by staying up to date with design trends and finding innovative ways to elevate our visual storytelling.

What were looking for

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within a retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and strategic thinking.
• Confidence working across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong grasp of typography, layout, and brand systems.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
