The Role

We are Unite Students, a progressive FTSE100 company and the leading provider of purpose-built student accommodation in the UK. We are looking for someone to join our fantastic Brand Team as a Graphic Designer to help us provide an outstanding service and create a Home for Success for our employees and students.

You will play a key role in leading the development and production of design assets for our corporate brand. This includes delivering creative designs for our B2B and employer brand, bringing our culture and values to life through exceptional assets across digital and print platforms. The role will require creative thinking and ensuring projects align with brand standards and strategic objectives.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Contributing to creative brainstorming, developing innovative concepts that resonate with our target audiences across B2B, internal, and corporate platforms.
• Designing and producing high-quality artwork and assets for digital and offline media, including web, social media, email, print, and large-format projects.
• Interpreting briefs, contributing to creative strategies, and translating concepts into compelling visuals tailored for specific audiences, including creating guidelines and assets for our B2B and employer brand, high-profile reports, presentations, and internal event materials.
• Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
• Developing digital brochures using relayto.com and maintaining assets on our Brand Portal.
• Ensuring high accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all design work, including content and layout integrity.
• Collaborating with Communications, People, and Higher Education/University Partnerships teams to meet their design needs and fostering a creative team environment.

What We`re Looking for in You

• Proven experience designing assets for print and digital media, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and awareness of industry trends.
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas with attention to detail in color, typography, and layout.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of publishing processes, including production specifications and printing.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to deliver high-standard projects on time.
