Job Purpose

A fundamental part of our success is the ability to be consistent throughout the business, maintaining the high standards of the BW brand. The role of a Bid/Graphic Designer is to bring support, creativity, and innovation to all BW documentation. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Services, you will be responsible for tender collateral, presentations, innovative ideas, and introducing creative templates, site artwork, and maintaining the BW libraries, ensuring brand consistency while evolving creatively.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract position, working five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.

Job Scope

The successful candidate will produce innovative and consistent documentation, focusing on templates and libraries for the Creative Services department. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all assigned Creative Services projects from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Managing multiple deadlines for PQQs, PTIs, Tenders.
  • Ensuring all documentation is proofread, spell-checked, and formatted correctly before submission.
  • Maintaining processes within the Bid Design division.
  • Understanding and meeting Creative Services KPIs, functions, and goals.
  • Ensuring quality standards and identifying corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinating with other departments and providing updates on performance metrics.
  • Meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
  • Leading innovation in all work produced.
  • Liaising with other departments for content and ideas.
  • Adhering to internal brand guidelines and promoting brand innovation.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry technologies and innovations.
  • Setting standards for internal documentation and collateral.
