Job summary

The Westminster Foundation is seeking an organised Grants Officer to support grant programmes across its UK footprint. You will manage applicant enquiries, perform eligibility checks, coordinate payments and support grant panels, while monitoring progress and compliance in Salesforce.

Ideal candidates will have proven grantmaking experience, strong written communication and collaborative skills in a busy team; the role offers hybrid working, a generous pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in grantmaking within charity/public/funding sectors.
• Understanding of grant lifecycle and assessment processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of grant programmes across key UK areas.
• Manage applicant enquiries and guidance through the application process.
