Job summary

Diamond Light Source is seeking a Grant Coordinator to support the Project Lead in the CoMPaSS partnership. Based on-site, you will coordinate project activities across partners, monitor milestones, and help ensure contractual, financial and funding requirements are met.

Working with investigators across countries, you will oversee finances, travel arrangements, and collate impact outputs to demonstrate progress and value of the programme.

Qualifications

• Requires a science or project management qualification.
• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across partners and lead communication.
• Monitor progress against milestones and objectives.
• Ensure contractual, financial and funding requirements are met.
• Liaise with investigators to track progress and outputs.
• Oversee finances and travel logistics (visas, tickets, etc.).
• Collate outputs relating to project impact.
