Your responsibilities:

  • Model positive practice ensuring Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensure equal access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Adhere to updates in policies and procedures within the required timescales
  • Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
  • Report concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
