Your responsibilities will include:

• Being a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
• Ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
• Supervising and supporting children at all times
• Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
• Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
• Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedures
• Adhering to updates in policies and practices within designated timescales
• Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
• Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
• Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Ensuring confidentiality when appropriate
• Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
