Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a Flexible Nursery Bank Assistant to join the GrandFlex team in Colchester. You will work across a cluster of nearby nurseries, stepping in to provide cover as needed and earning up to £13.21 per hour.

This role offers flexible days, no fixed weekly hours, and DBS clearance. You will support high-quality care and development for children, following EYFS and company policies across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Flexibility to work with non-fixed rota and choose days.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
