Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking qualified nursery practitioners to join GrandFlex, the dedicated bank team. You will work across a cluster of local nurseries, providing flexible hours and choosing when you work to fit your life.

You will deliver EYFS-based care, create safe and engaging environments, and support children's development through play while collaborating with nursery teams. DBS checks and safeguarding are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between local nursery clusters.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.

Support children's development through play and planned activities.

Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times .

What We're Looking For
