Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a Bank Nursery Assistant to join the GrandFlex team across our Greater London nurseries. Earn up to £14 per hour with flexible hours and no fixed weekly rota.

Ideal for those passionate about early years who want shift-based work across our local nursery cluster, with support from a friendly GrandirUK team and safeguarding at the core of the role.

DBS check may be required; training provided and ongoing support from GrandirUK.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience in early years, nursery or childcare is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop within early years.
• Flexibility to travel across local nursery clusters.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
