This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.

You’ll work across a friendly cluster of nearby GrandirUK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a GrandFlexBankNursery Assistant, you’ll:

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children’s development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have:
