Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking flexible GrandFlex nursery staff to support a cluster of nurseries. No fixed weekly hours—you choose your days and hours around your life, earning up to £14.45 per hour.

As a GrandFlex Employee you will provide high-quality early years care, follow EYFS standards, and collaborate with Level 3 qualified practitioners to plan activities. Enhanced DBS and equal opportunity employer status apply.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Willingness to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Do

As a GrandFlex Employee, you'll play a key role in creating nurturing, inspiring environments where children can thrive. You'll:

• Provide a positive role model, upholding Grandir UK's values every day
• Support children's learning, play, and wellbeing throughout their day
• Help create a welcoming, engaging environment for every child and family
• Work alongside Level 3 qualified practitioners to plan and deliver activities
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Ensure practice meets Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
• Contribute to our culture of care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
