Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking flexible nursery bank staff to join GrandFlex across a network of nurseries in the Winchester area. Earn up to £13.21 per hour and choose your days without a fixed weekly rota.

You'll support delivery of high-quality care, assist with activities, and help maintain EYFS standards while travel between local nurseries.

This role suits those who love working with children and want real flexibility to fit work around other commitments.

• Passion for working with children.
• Desirable prior experience in early years, nursery or childcare settings.
• Willingness to travel across the local nursery cluster.

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
