GrandFlex Bank Practitioner (Qualified) is a flexible nursery bank role at Grandir UK, offering shifts across a cluster of nurseries. You will deliver care and learning experiences, following EYFS and safeguarding standards, with no fixed weekly rota and travel across local nurseries.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2/3 Early Years qualifications and have prior nursery experience, with a positive attitude and willingness to support different teams. Earn up to £14.45 per hour.

This role is ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner, you'll:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

You'll have:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
