Job summary

GrandFlex is the flexible nursery bank team of Grandir UK Limited, offering shifts across a cluster of nearby nurseries in the Nottingham area. Earn up to £14.45 per hour with the freedom to choose days without a fixed weekly rota.

Ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who want work around their life, not a fixed schedule. DBS checks and safeguarding standards are required as part of joining the team.

This role is ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.

Support children's development through play and planned activities.

Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times .
